Taxi driver finds man dying on street
A 23-year-old man has died of unexplained head injuries after a taxi driver found him dying on a street in the state's central west.
NSW police said they were at a loss to explain how the man found on McNamara Street in Orange about 9pm (AEST) Saturday had been injured.
The taxi driver contacted police and the severely injured man was rushed to Orange Base Hospital.
Attempts to revive him failed and he died at the hospital a short time later.
A crime scene was established on the street and detectives and forensic officers attended, police said.
