A MAN has been arrested after allegedly refusing to pay his taxi fare and chasing the driver with a knife.
The cabbie picked up a passenger at Manningham about 2am this morning and drove him to a Salisbury East house, police said.
When they arrived, the passenger got out and allegedly threatened the driver with a knife.
The driver ran from the taxi and was followed by the passenger for a short distance before the alleged offender fled.
